Red Roof Inn Prattville

The room was recently updated. So updated while taking a shower, I found painter tape still up around the light fixture. They allow dogs not sure of size or cost, but the neighbors had 2 dogs small and pit mix. Breakfast was also good. Cons: would be parking - it's shared parking with another hotel. Don't expect to pull in a truck and trailer.

I only rented the room for sleep. But was comfortable, felt safe, and beds were comfortable and bathroom clean, needs to work on getting their water hotter. Couldn't take a cold shower.

Clean room, friendly staff , plenty of restaurants and convenience stores in walking distance and even more restaurants within one mile

I have personally stayed here twice .same nice young lady at front desk sorry forget her name day was 08/28/25 1230pm check in .very nice nice bed nice property who ever said bed bugs and roaches everywhere just wants a refund I stay in 150 hotel rooms a year for work never have I seen what there talking about yeah maybe cracked lampshade and hole in wall in bathroom your at a motel not the Marriott on River St in Savannah good job and get over it looser travelers looking for a refund

This is my second stay this month, check in is super quick and simple. The guy at the front desk is always friendly and helpful. The first stay went off without a hitch, absolutely zero issues! However this time I did ask to be moved to a different room(due to the smell of dog urine)and that request was immediately made without hesitation. The price is great and the location is convenient! 10/10 recommend

Check in was very easy. My room was clean and it was quiet on the side I was on. The front side can use a little bit more piping down. These may guest that actually live there, but over all it was an enjoyable experience.

I see alot of bad reviews and just wanted to share my experience. I stay at The Red Roof Inn alot actually I'm here today. My room is always clean, no contact with any type of bugs, all appliances work fine. My only concern was the smell when I come inside into the hallway which someone included in their review. My thoughts on that or the first thing that came to mind was the that the smell is coming from someone using drugs in their room which I still feel like that is the explanation for that, I may be wrong but it smells extremely loud. After working long hours on my job Red Roof Inn has been the place that I come to to get some much needed rest it is very quiet here and peaceful. Somebody mentioned in their review that the staff were not very friendly yeah a couple of them need to work on their customer service skills but for the most part it is a great hotel to stay in. As for their prices to me they are reasonable. Much cheaper than most hotels in this area. As for loud music and people standing around in the parking lot I haven't witnessed that it is always quiet outside when I check in here.

Not too far from Montegomery and in a really nice area. We were allowed to check in early which was a welcoming relief after driving forever through some insane icy roads. The room was alright, only one trash can for the whole room and bathroom, and we did have to ask for the remote from the front desk but the room was clean and the bed was warm and comfy.
